Returning Student Registration for the FALL TERM 2017 WILL OPEN Wed. AUG 16, 2017 @ 3pm. No early registration requests will be honored.

All applications must now be submitted online. You cannot register on a tablet or smartphone. Don't have access to a computer with internet? Find your nearest Chicago Public Library or you are always welcome to use a computer at Marwen.

how does registration work?

  • Classes fill first come, first served (submitting your application as early as possible is recommended!).
  • You are not automatically enrolled in the classes you select on your application.  We will review all applications and confirm your enrollment by a phone call and reminder postcard.
  • Everyone will be registered for one course initially and then a second course if space is available.
  • All new students must attend new student orientation on September 16, 2017.



  1. If you are under 18, your parent/guardian must be present as you register online.
  2. You or your parent/guardian must have a working email address.
  3. You cannot save your application and return to it later, so make sure you have 20-30 minutes to complete the entire process.

It’s also a good idea to review the course brochure and decide which classes you want before you start the online application.


WHAT if i need a ventra card?

If you are unable to obtain a Student Reduced Fare Ventra card, you can apply for one through Marwen. Email us and we will send you the appropriate form.
