Featuring expansive gallery spaces and state-of-the-art studios, Marwen is designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and skill development. Expect a unique and inspiring environment with hands-on support for your meeting, conference, workshop, or special event. Located in River North at 833 N. Orleans Street, Marwen is one block north of the CTA Brown line and Chicago Avenue bus.

Every dollar earned from site rentals directly supports our mission of offering FREE visual arts, college and career programs to Chicago youth from under-resourced communities and schools.

These creative spaces feature movable wood block tables and high stools are great for meetings with 20 people or less, workshops, hands-on artmaking activities, panel discussions, small group activities, brainstorming sessions.

1st Floor

Berkowitz Gallery and Student & Family Lounge

This open and energetic gallery space and lounge is great for conferences, board meetings, receptions, panel discussions, formal presentations, and retreats. Exhibitions featuring original student artwork are mounted throughout the year, adding a colorful and dynamic element to the space.

These fresh and bright studios include movable white tables and rolling swivel chairs perfect for smaller meetings, tech talks, workshops, small group activities, and brainstorming sessions.
